HOW TO REACH THE CONFERENCE VENUE?
From Gdańsk, depending on the traffic, it takes 90-120 minutes to get to Jastrzębia Góra. Please be aware that in early September, especially during good weather, it can be still quite busy on the roads leading to and from the resorts located on the sea coast, like Jastrzębia Góra, so plan your journey accordingly.
Parking places at the conference venue will be free of charge for the participants.
BY BUS OR MINIBUS:
From Gdynia Główna Bus Station (next to the railway station) you can take bus line No. 650 operated by the Pomorska Komunikacja Samochodowa company. The timetable may be found on the following webpage: http://www.pksgdynia.pl/index.html. There are also other bus lines operated by private companies that start from Gdynia Bus Station and go to Jastrzębia Góra or Karwia.
The bus stop closest to the Primavera Conference & Spa is Lisi Jar (ca. 350 m). Remember to ask the bus driver to stop at the Lisi Jar stop when you get on.
From Gdańsk Główny (Main Station), there is one bus line No. 651 but it runs only three times a day (see http://www.pksgdynia.pl/index.html). Therefore, we recommend taking the suburban train line (SKM) from Gdańsk Main Station to Gdynia Main Station and then transferring to bus 650 or any other bus going in the direction of Jastrzębia Góra or Karwia as detailed above.
The SKM timetable can be found here: https://www.skm.pkp.pl/en/
There is no direct train connection to Jastrzębia Góra. The closest train station is Władysławowo, which is 10 km away from the conference venue. There are buses from Władysławowo to Jastrzębia Góra, some operated by private companies. Please refer to one of the web pages like e-podróżnik (https://en.e-podroznik.pl/ – available in an English version too) to find the most convenient connection. Remember to get out of the bus at the Lisi Jar bus stop.
The train timetable can be found on the PKP web page http://www.pkp.pl
By plane, you reach Gdańsk Lech Walesa airport from where you should take either the bus to Gdynia Główna (line 4A, which doesn’t run very often; for current timetable check http://www2.zkmgdynia.pl/rozklady/004a/004ar013.htm or http://www.zkmgdynia.pl/) or the more frequent train operated by Pomorska Kolej Metropolitarna (PKM). The timetable is available here: http://www.pkm-sa.pl/glowna/rozkladjazdy/. We then recommend the bus option as detailed above to complete your journey to the conference site
